I may not have followed the re...I love this recipe. I may not have followed the recipe to a T. But i got a pretty good idea of what to do. i used regular bread crumbs as an alternative to the Panko crumbs just to test it out. it worked out great, but next time in order to get the best results i will go to the Korean store where they sell just about everything. and test it out the right way.
